OMPM : Online Mechanized Preventive Maintenance (MPM)
At Trust Lift Trucks we continually monitor our customers’ trucks for up-coming and required preventative maintenance resulting in a complete guarantee that all essential and minor maintenance tasks are completed!
Our Online Mechanized PM program ensures that all consumables, usable materials, and replaceable parts such as oil, coolant, filters, bearing, belts, and tires are used to their maximum lifespan while never overdue or expired. This efficiency translates to significant savings for our clients who will notice a substantial reduction in their maintenance costs.
Trust Lift Trucks‘ preventative maintenance team will collaborate with your company’s shipping department. Our technicians will utilize your company’s weekly or monthly truck report (which will be estimated according to your material handling intensity factor) so that we may monitor your truck’s PM schedule and calculate your truck’s repair or PM inspection time. Our company experts will also factor in our client’s use of trucks for driver training.
Routine Report For Our Clients
We offer monthly and annual reports to our customers and will participate in client meetings to plan for the next working year. This allows us to provide material handling management reports that will clarify our client’s upcoming needs.
These reports consider hardware requirements, and budget and are designed to increase the client’s ability in material handling while reducing downtime for trucks and overall costs.

Annual Inspection
Once our client’s truck(s) are registered in our mechanized PM system it will notify us of any upcoming inspections two weeks before they are due. Once this occurs, we will contact our clients to arrange an annual inspection. At Trust Lift Trucks, we will not accept overdue inspections!
We understand that some of our clients operate in a demanding and high-intensity environment. As such, we will adapt to your schedule and may arrange inspections a couple of times a year. Remember, annual inspections are free for our clients!
